I had a bottle of that original Polo (Green) in the late 1980s and 1990s and my wife back then loved it, I don't have any currently though. I found those Tiger blades were pretty good for me. Big fan of the classic head in the Merkur 38C and 34C, I believe the head design has been in production since 1930s, the 34C was my first razor in my DE journey back in 2014 and it is still in my razor rotation. Polo Green is a nice classic scent & every time I smell it, I have lots of fond memories. The Tiger blades were pretty decent….. I found that I can get 2 excellent shaves before they start tugging. I happen to love the Merkur razors especially the head design. Always get great shaves with the Merkurs. Have a great week Brother!👍😎
I have 400 aluminum brush with plissoft knot. And I like it. I don't have experience of Polo Green. But as you said Stirling Green scent spot on the fragrance and strong scent, I want to try that soap sometime. Nice shave Brian & have a great week!
