Sorry about the subtitles & buzzy audio its the only version I have, you dont notice it after a minute.
This short film is done in a documentary/interview/biography style and outlines the history of the chili peppers including their ups and downs such as family life, friendships, starting the band, success, drug abuse and the death of Hillel Slovak. It also outlines their discography and progression of the band.
I thought I would upload this for my fellow RHCP fans as I could not find it on here. I found it to be a pretty good brief history on the band so hope others enjoy it. The ending kind of makes me sad as John is gone but I feel they will have another wave with Josh on their next album, just as they did when John came back for Californication.
I have a few other RHCP videos (that are not on here, or are very bad quality) to add and will be adding them in the future just have to convert them. So stay tuned and check out my other RCHP playlists which I have compiled, they will be added to their respective playlists.

+1687angel Agree..really "picked up" on The Weirdos drummer Cliff Martinez and the John Hiatt guitarrist Jack Sherman. Jack Irons was close friend since Hairfax High years.
Totally... Hillel and Jack Irons were friends for years before either of them met Anthony and Flea. Jack was at Hillel’s bar mitzvah when he got his first guitar. Cool vid, though!
Anthony Kiedis, his lyrics, his ways, have been an inspiration. I have a rare disease no cure but im still researching. I believe Anthony Kiedis, Josh, Chad and of course Flea are awesome. Im going to fight i studied to be a doctor but left to care for my mom. I lost my family. After my stroke over a month ago, I'm starting an international company. I can and it is great. Altruism is the way baby. And helping the world I owe it. I will like to have money which I can help the few close to me and first my daughter who's 8 and gifted. Thank you Anthony. One thing I have is vigilance. Used to write poetry etc. Know about dv. And addiction. I don't have heroes but I love them as people and Anthony I relate to . Life can be "cauteric" my new slang word made by me. I made it. Love and blessing to Anthony thank you. I had to take care of my daughter after stroke from medicine and alone but I forced myself to relearn walking and talking.

Rhcp definitely my fav band and always will be. Didn't love I'm with you but some songs were strong. Hope next album is better after they get used to josh
The Chili Peppers blossomed with Hillel Slovak and John Frusciante. I don't think that'll change (1 mediocre album in 5 years) anytime soon. I'm perfectly happy with John's solo music.

Saw them In Chicago in Sept 2003. Great video, I always wanted to know what their back story was, never bothered to research it. Thanks for the video. If anyone thinks doing hard drugs won't Fuck you Up ? watch this video. Smoke Pot if you are going to do anything,at least that can't kill you. Pepper's rock! Are they all still together? Glad the guitarist kicked his habit, man he looked fucked up in this video when he was on drug's , what a chance for the better now that he is clean. I know life sucks but you have to except that and do the best you can. Life is a gift, always remember that.
