Original name was actually Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem. I lived on the east coast so I didn’t really hear of them until 1990 and I was hooked ever since. Knock Me Down has always been my number one because it was my first taste of this amazing music that I’ve loved most for over 30 years. Greatest band ever.
Love them and wish then all very well. I pray God watches over them and they are enjoying life. They worked so hard and deserve much respect. All gifted artists.
kind of a meh effort. mentioning band members passing away but not saying how. mentioning how flea and Smith were arrested for basically sexual assault, that they posted bail and then not bothering to say how the whole thing incident ended. no mention of flea playing in the cult punk movie "suburbia" very early in his career. I think the band also made an appearance in the movie Rad and the popular Point Break. no mention of any of this...

The 2003 album is Rolling Sly Stone, Leverage of Space, 50/Fifty, Starlight, Mini Epic, Save the Population, and Fortune Faded. Also possibly Brandy, Bicycle Song, and Runaway.

I’m not familiar with the exact lawsuit over Californication but I can’t tell you this: the soup would’ve been dropped or thrown out of court, not settled, because there is no grounds for copyrighting a title you’re not allowed to do it. As for the character name, I have no exact knowledge of the law, but it seems to me to be more of an homage than a real rip off.

I have been a fan since I was 12. I have had an awesome opinion of them (90%) and I have loved most of their songs since!!! I'm an incredible fan, plus I can honestly say I know most of their lyrics and musical tones. Without RHCP I don't know who I would be right now ❣️❣️❣️🤓 Awesome

How’s about anthony effed over mr bungle, faith no more, and mike patton numerous shows and festivals because they were a rip off of rhcp. Hello ever heard of fishbone? And they said they were rip offs…They lost a fan years ago, yes there is talent, but not supporting a terrible lead man. They have become a U2 for me. Talent, but terrible behavior from their front man.
