@@FirstRecords204 it's a joke based on the "learn to code" movement back when journalists were getting mass fired. But it seems you didn't really get my point - which is that copyright creates leviathans like some parts of the military industrial complex and the entire medical industry, yet artists are completely fine with it as long as they make money off of it. The people that benefit the most from the anti-AI movement are large corporations that leverage copyright law to make sure that no one stands up to them. In other words, IP supporters are inherently elitist both in their psychological disposition (exactly like the Luddites of old, who didn't wish to have loom machines because it impacted their profits) and also politically, with the entities that are supporting them

@@AlyphRat to be honest its really sad seeing people react this violently to a fucking robot and thinking its okay. This to me is no different than conservatives whining and cruing about mexicans taking their jobs. Coding is an art, end of fucking story, people dont deserve to die just because they want to fiddle with a piece of technology, its bogus. I admire AI robots for what they do and as an artist I use them to my advantage. I enjoy seeing the things people make with it, seeing the code and sytax they put into building these bots. Artists can shit and cry about it all they want to, but these robots arent built from nothing. Theres still an art to it, even if it uses others art as a reference. To me, I dont really see it as any different, than a human copying an art style, or using someone elses art style for a game or series cus they like it. Art posted to the public is free for use, especially if its to train technology. No one is stealing anything because no one is really profiting from it nor claming it as their work. My only gripe with AI work is that there should be laws in place to not only prevent people from AI generating illegal content, but to also stop companiss from using such tools to replace people.

That's some wild mental gymnastics to compare AI technology that is literally trained on stolen artwork and that is going to be used to push out disinformation and fakes to brainwash masses and push actual creative minds out of their niche for the sake of cost cutting and "letting average people experience the process of creation" to right wing xenophobes.

Erm, you better take that back. The AI is trained in superb drawing technology. It didn't steal art from anyone! You better shut up, or I will command the AI to draw you without clothes on!
The word "AI" and "Artist" don't belong together. AI art? Sure, whatever. AI artist? Nah. Writing a few prompt isn't exactly being an "artist" is it? It's more like a coach or just director. But definitely not the "artist" For example: A soccer coach can tell the soccer players what to do, but he's not exactly the "player," is he?
yeah as someone who has played around with stable diffusion, ai users claiming to be artists are like nepotized corrupt CEOs claiming to be hard working 9-5 employees they are ai users, and while there is some creative merit to fine-tuning ai to produce what you want consistently it is nowhere near the skill and mechanical practice required to be a real artist If art is a meant to be a form of expression, ai generated images isn't art either. Artists would rather have extremely high medicine costs, healthcare costs and monopolizing companies striking independent creators due to intellectual property laws than learning how to code
@@PebbleLovewhat? ai generated art doesn't require code, and it's not profitable for artists

This should do the opposite
Why would you get faith in humanity from a video that is full of literal Persona fans?
Isn't it a little bit ironic how the same people complaining about AI, are more repetitive and robotic-like than AI?
Spamming the same photo again and again is exactly the same thing you'd expect from a botted Twitter account, and yet, all of these people are human. One of them could be bots and you wouldn't know.
My only gripe with AI work is that there should be laws in place to not only prevent people from AI generating illegal content, but to also stop companiss from using such tools to replace people.
pencil hater detected.
