Port Timing Motorized Bike, I'M SHOCKED! WHAT WERE THEY THINKING??

I measure the port timing of the 80cc(66cc lol) ebay two stroke motorized bicycle kit. The results are extreme and weird. Something must have gone wrong at the factory!
