Mind updating on the Vevor sand filter setup you reviewed a while back? I was thinking of getting it and see it’s not up on this video.
Mine worked great with no issues. I got a new pump with my new intex so I went ahead and set it up and I’m keeping the Vevor as my back up. Now I have had a few people complaining that the Vevor was putting sand into the pool sometimes. But that’s the only negative feedback
Do you know if you’re able to take off sight glass to clean algae that’s stuck to bottom of sight glass? We have the same exact pool, If not do you have a fix for this?

No I’ve never had any gauge issues but it would be very easy to replace

How many times a week should I backwash? Also where dig you find that cap? I have looked all over lowes for that cap for the backwash. Ty
The cap I have came with my pump, and I backwash on average once a week

Does trash include stuff like pine needles? My back flushing didn't do so well last year.

What pump did you use when you replaced the factory one?
Last year I used a Vevor pump and it worked great. This season I got a new pool and used the intex that came with it. But I’m keeping my old pump as a backup
Whats the part you are using through the pool now? The one you double clamp to the 3/4 pvc?

what happened to the vevor pump?
I got a new pool this past spring so I used the new pump. I still have the vevor in my shop as my backup
What’s the best vacuum for the pool I can’t find a good one at all
What type of vacuum are you looking for and what is your budget?
Its weird for me, i would back wash and rinse for like 1:30 to 2 minutes each and when i switch down to filter just today, it spat out brown water. Broke me completely
My filter is brand new, could definitely be different for each pump 👍🏼

I would say twice week on average 👍🏼

water does not come out that fast for me from the backwash... it just trickes out... and if i dont close the left hose where the water shoots out from sand goes into the pool.....
Very odd sounds like the pump is definitely having issues. How old is it ?
@@LifeLessOrdinary it’s been that way since I got it two years ago.. perhaps it’s not set up properly?
