    Hi Edward!
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible effort and passion you invest in creating and sharing your overlanding videos.
Your videos have become a source of inspiration, not only for the breathtaking scenery you explore but also for the genuine enthusiasm and love for overlanding that shines through in every frame. Your storytelling, cinematography, and the overall production quality truly transport us, to the heart of your journey.
It's evident that a considerable amount of time, energy, and dedication goes into each video, from planning the routes to capturing those unforgettable moments on camera. Your commitment to showcasing the beauty of Southern Africa, along with the challenges and triumphs of overlanding, has created a community who eagerly anticipate each new episode.
Thank you for allowing us to join you on this virtual expedition. Your videos not only entertain but also educate and inspire, fostering a deeper appreciation for the diverse cultures, wildlife, and landscapes of Southern Africa. As someone who follows your adventures avidly, I can attest to the positive impact your content has had on my understanding and love for overlanding.
In conclusion, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible work you, Ryan and Christoff do. Your passion for overlanding is contagious, and your videos have become a beacon for adventure enthusiasts like myself. We bought an overlanding Vehicle and a BushLapa to also go on these amazing adventures! Looking forward to more thrilling journeys and discovering the hidden gems of Southern Africa through your lens.
Wishing you safe travels and exciting adventures ahead!

It is -35 here in northern Alberta, Canada, during a six-day polar vortex, so I am really enjoying watching this amazing beach footage while I eat a hot breakfast and have a cup of coffee. Every video doesn't need to be an adventure; it still brings us someplace new and breathtaking to look at.

Thank you Edward for your selfless efforts in showing us the beautiful side of Africa. Taking us to some of those wonderful places which many of us cannot go due to financial, political and various such reasons! May God bless you and your family abundantly and may you continue to attract all happiness, wealth and prosperity in your life! This is one of the best overlanding channels I have come across on TH-cam! Let’s support Edward in his endeavour!

Great family holiday. Moz is a great place. There are problems at times, but higher authority takes complaints, especially seriously. You need to do a trip from Ponta in the South to Pemba in the North that would make for a great series.

Thanks Ed for the recommendation of Morrungulo. Saw a post on Instagram as we were heading into Mozambique for some long awaited beach time post October in Botswana. We arrived with 12kg of Fresh Barracuda in the fridge, salad and a good attitude. We loved it. It is definitely paradise. Seems we have similar taste in campsites - we used the same one. Just simply a stunning place and a great place to unwind. Thanks again for the tip!!!

Fantastic episode, Edward. Agreed, every episode doesn’t need to be a ‘thrashing around’ Africa. We were in Inhambane over December for our (my) first trip to Moz. I’ll be back, but definitely choosing a different time of year to December due to traffic and trucks. It’s such a beautiful country, as you’ve shared in your latest Vlog. Keep it up, we love following you.

Hi Ed. I am watching this at River Hill Lodge (very highly recommended) which is adjacent to the Mozambique Border in Komatipoort, on the banks of the Komati River. I know what you mean about the many kilometers long truck jam heading for Maputo and the port, shipping coal and minerals to China. I just had two magic days in the Kruger, saw cheetahs, lions, elephants, almost everything except no wild dogs this time but I have seen them on three previous visits. Thank you for your videos, I am starting my own overlanding adventures thanks to you, Ryan and Christoff.

    Hey Ed
How is the experience in Mozambique as far as cop encounters? I’ve heard Mozambique police are quite aggressive always trying to extort money.
I drove into Zimbabwe back in 2017 and the cops ruined my experience and I just bugged out of Zimbabwe into Zambia. The cops in Zimbabwe were absolute crooks at least back in 2017 and I heard they were not getting their salaries and instead resorting to highway robbery of tourists. I turned around after Hwange NP and got the hell out of Zimbabwe. I hear things have gotten much better now in Zimbabwe. They kept asking me for some red sticker and wanted me to pay a spot fine and I told them to take a hike and asked them to go with me to a proper police station. They also nitpicked on my fire extinguisher and I wanted to smash their heads with it lol
I heard cops in Mozambique can be pretty aggravating. Never been there so far but want to go there but I hate cops in some African countries extorting tourists for money and ruining the experience.
The beach looks great. And Mazaltov, man. I didn’t realize you got married to Rachel recently 😀

Hey bud! Thanks so much, we didn’t have any issues but we were strict on our speed and having nothing wrong with the cars that they could catch us out on but I’ve heard that they do make up some things to cause trouble but yeah, I guess you can just get unlucky, same as South Africa, it just depends on the cop
