There was a time when a new launch at Guerlain entailed excitement, endeavour and a promise of uniqueness. Today we're taking a look at 4 relatively new launches and we'll see just how fatigued this house really is.
I recently got a sample of Feve Gourmande (with my bottle of Shalimar Jasmin ❤ btw) and it’s sooo good. The price is way up there but I only sprayed three times and I smelled it 12+ hours so the bottle would last for a long time.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these! I really want to try Perle Imperiale. The eau de parfum disappeared from the Guerlain website in my country this week, and they replaced it with the extrait which is 18,000 euros. I believe the bottle in the thumbnail is actually the bottle for the extrait, and I do think it's much better than the bottle for the EDP which looked quite sad to me. I don't collect the expensive bottles, but I am curious to try that one in particular based on some of the notes. Do you know if you tried the EDP or the extrait? If you have advice on where to get decants of these, I would love to know. Thank you again!
Hey, thanks for watching! The photo is of the extrait indeed as i couldn’t find a decent picture of the edp (sample is of the edp). Also, the edp bottle is quite quirky, but i wouldn’t spend money on it. It’s way to expensive. Scent is great tho! Try guerlain afficionado fb groups such as guerlainophiles or the exchange forum.

I'm contemplating purchasing this one too if I like it. It doesn't sound like they are similar and I'm happy about that.
Yes the limited edition box has drawings. It’s about 2x as much ($600) and a 200ml instead of 100ml. So I think it’s worth it. But i don’t have any neroli scents except Scents of woods 10ml NEROLI IN ACACIA ( which is like Dior neroli scent) So im debating between this… and an extrait guerlain. Maybe the iris? The bergamot. All of them sound nice
Well, actually the painted box version is only 10€ more expensive than the regular 200ml version and i see that it’s still available. Still costs way more than it should🤷🏽♂️

It is very nice, indeed. I likeed Gourmand Coquin even more but it’s a nice rendition

I also found florabloom and flora salvaggia to be kind of not-so-distant distant cousins. I prefer flora salvaggia because of the melon.
Oh I agree! Flora Salvaggia I really loved. Don’t know if i’ll ever get florabloom, but it is lovely
