When talking about deliberate practice, I mean actively working and focusing on the specific things that are your biggest weaknesses or that will give you the most improvement at the moment. And no, you don't need to learn any extra LL algs to get sub-10

when your average is 13 on 3x3, can you improve further on to sub 10 average?

What do you mean? Obivously you can improve from averaging 13 to averafing sub-10, it'll just take ton of deliberate practice

The rules are much more lenient while stopping the timer. So just try to slam it down asap
