    Sir paturo naman panu pag prepare ng frozen beef vs fresh beef, ganun din frozen chicken at pork vs fresh. Sabi kasi unang kulo raw ng frozen beef ay tinatapon, kasi malansa at may gamot. Ganu katagal una pakalulo sa frozen beef? Di ba natatanggal lasang beef pag ganun ginawa, tapon unang kulo? Maraming salamat, lods.

      yung MAY Gamot Theory ay pang matandang kasabihan

      Hello maam, I dont think that sibut has its english word, but im pretty sure that you can purchase it in a chinese grocery store if theres any nearby madaam.

      ganito ang guide mo
      ang 1 kilo is equivalent to 6 to 8 persons
      6 persons pag yung luto ma karne like adobo ganyan
      8 persons pag masahog ang luto like menudo
