I've been thinking of stepping back from social media for a bit to actually deal with my problems. This is the bitch slap I needed to get my shit together so this couldn't have come a better time uwu

I understand why people think social media can be bad but I found so many people (like Queen Ashley) who I relate to and share laughs with. I believe Social Media can be a great thing depending on how you use it.

Stan Twitter is the worst. Like, I can't look up people I want to keep up with or see if they are any "neutral" news, it's always just hate all over. Instagram, though, I honestly use it to post reviews haha. It's never like pictures of myself going on trips or whatnot. It's just either books I've read, movies and TV shows I've watched and certain music. Part of me sometimes wants to cave in cuz I do use itfor unconventional reasons, writing A LOT, but that's where I like sharing what I write.

Ohmygod!! I relate to this on a whole other level. Like my mental was literally in the pit, and I already don’t have Twitter, was barely using Snapchat, so I decided to cut instagram for a while too. And tbh, I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER. If feels so good to just be me, and not have to worry about what people that I barely know might think of me. So atm, social media we don’t know her. Anywho, you’re that bitch boo. Personally I just wanna see what you are doing, how your life is going on, and some funny stuff if something funny happened. I think you should show something about your everyday life because that is how we know you and what we love you for
the thing with twitter is that, yea, it's REALLY toxic, but i sometimes talk to my twitter friends more than IRLs and that kind of bothers me. the one good thing about twitter is that you CAN find people with similar interests but they can turn on you in the blink of an eye.

I’ve been making videos for like 3/4 years and I feel like my anxiety grew a lot since I hit the 1k subscribers mark. Not because somebody was coming for my neck, but mostly because I assumed that I needed to give 101% of myself and I forgot the reason why I first started making the videos. It’s just crazy how our minds work when we’re receiving so much information and we don’t know exactly what to do with all of it
EXACTLY. it’s so frustrating but i’m so happy i’m not alone in this. it’s almost like my brain went into overdrive when it really didn’t need to when i started growing. it almost seems like our biggest competition is ourselves
