NUS Mathematics - Taking Math in NUS: A Door That Opens to Many Possibilities

I have a degree in electrical engineering and qualified gate 2017.
Then in 2021 I qualified Iit jam 2021 in mathematics. I perhaps got a seat for master's in math but didn't apply due to financial reasons.
I would love to build a career in math.
Also I am the person who is very popular in the internet ,actually trafficked in the internet.
Then my father was murdered on 4 April,2022., while I am being gangstalked.
After this , I don't want to live in India anymore.
If I get any opportunity in NUS for graduate studies, I will be very greatful and work very hard,dedicate myself to Singapore.
I won't return back to India.
I am really looking for some channel or opening to get out of this mess.
So, do I have any opportunity?

I am some kind of a prisoner here in India. My mistake?
I don't go out from my home often.
Anyway, I have no prospect here in India.
My father 's murderers are free.
India didn't protect me from an unknown stranger who sells me in the internet.
I really would like to build a career in math.
I am poor and arrested.
But I am hard working ,honest, non violent and peaceful.
I have qualified GATE(EE) 2017
I have qualified IIT JAM(math) 2021.
I have a b tech degree in electrical engineering.
India has taken away my human rights
