I agree with you, but unfortunately, the original mod's modder didn't make that version tho. Instead, you can use Bif's boxer version, which is using P_Striker_A.
You need to Aim the target first and press "Running" key to do uppercut. Usually its original key is "Left Shift". If you changed it in game's option, You need to find the key of course.

With your IDE, You can select their own spawn levels. If you change their spawn levels (00 00 00 01) into turning off (00 00 00 00 which means F F F F), you can remove their spawning.
