Quick Idea, use the wheelspin to get 2 cars, take them both down the drift zone. Use the car with a higher score to create the budget for the car that did worse. And vice versa for the car with lower score. Then send them both down the drift zone again and see wich one scores the best. This way you can keep it interesting. And you have a bit of competition.

I liked changing the drift zone for the points, makes it a lot more interesting both for us to watch and for you to build. An idea I have is that if you get a FWD car, go down the drift zone you choose and use double the amount of points you get, so it's a bit more comfortable to swap the drivetrain and do some mods and still might not be so much that would allow you to do every single mod. And if you get a 4WD or a RWD car, just do it with the points you get on the drift zone normally, cause it should be a bit more straightforward to mod them
i live in finland and my neighbor has a volvo 242. every day in winter you can see how he drifts it on the little backroad from one ditch to another. he's never spun out
xbox elite controllers are the way to go if anyone wants to play manual with clutch! I've set the bottom buttons to changing gears up and down; the top right to e-break and the top left to clutch... It makes it so much easier to drift low hp or awd builds

to make it more challenging any points you git divide it by 3 so the challenge will be a little trickier so you can challenge yourself to break the score like if you get 60000k you divide by 3 the money you will got it will be 20000k i hope the idea is clear
You could divide points by class of the stock car: if you get an a class, divide by 5 or sum. b class/4 c class/3 d class is left alone, and s1 and above.. idk maybe divide by 10? reply to this with suggestions/changes tho.

@DUBS Main problem with this money-system approach is that it's very unfair system. The better car you get the more money you get. Which means that cars that truly needs money/upgrades won't get a thing. In my opinion you should have some reversed scaling system. The more score you get the less money you work with, and other way around. Scaling example on the short drift-zone (idk you can change the scaling yourself) 150k score and above=10 grand 140k-150k =15k 130-140 = 20k 120-130 = 25k 110-120 = 30k 100-110 = 40k 90-100 =50k 80-90 = 60k 70-80 = 70k 60-70 =80k 50-60 = 90k 50 and less = 150k I hope you will read this.

Dubs do you know that the body kit presets do other upgrades like the engine and all that, on some like this Volvo it also gives you a tune for it, if you read the description it says it has the tune and upgrades from the Volvo in the drift club story

Whatever stock score you get, take it away from your pb and take 10% of the difference? Eg pb = 400k, you get 20 k stock, you’d get 10% of 380k to upgrade? Then the better stock cars such as the silvia in this vid youd only get 20.6k to spend?
What if you drove the Wheelspin car ina random dift zone? Like, you assign numbers for all the drift zones on the base map and then use the points you get on that as the budget to run down the hill.
I think you take the stock car and do the S Bends drift zone with it and use those points for the build, it will definitely limit your points a little more
hello! im alittle new to drifting in forza and in general and i struggle abit on holding the angle and slide going around corners, i either spin out or i dont have enough speed to keep the drift going, the car i am using is a toyota supra with a drift tune on it, it has 1600hp and is very fast. my entries are somewhat decent but i can never get a decent exit. any tips would be greatly appreciated! (im also drifting on keyboard and i use manual with traction and stability control off)
You should use the pints from the hill climb for a previous car to use on the wheelspin car. I.e the next episode use the points from the previous car as the budget for the new car
Go on a shorter run and make your budget equal to your high score minus the achieved score. That way the bad cars to start with will get a higher budget, but the good cars will get a lower budget. So if you go on a drift zone where your high score is 70k, and a honda civic scores 20k, it's budget would be 50k. A bmw M3 on the other hand might score 50k stock, so the budget for that would be 20k
or you can drift with a car have like 300/400hp then you drift it so you get the point like if you got 100000k you buy a car with it and you mod the car with rest of the money lifts ;)
You can make it harder by driviving through a traffic car or player, you will go half the budget. And every for other cars you "hit" you will go down by a half again. Actually it would be more interesting if you go offline for this idea... It would be more challenging for you :D
