Don't be seduced by large dividends. Concentrate on the long run. There's no sense in collecting large dividends if your overall investment is going down. However I'd say JPEQ, SCHD, VOO and IWMI. I put down $300k to ETFs, Earning season is around the corner, it was around this time last year I made a huge breakthrough with $150k, handed it to reputable fin advisor. Looking forward to how this end of year plays out.
At the moment, I have $125,000 in $NVDA, $80K in $VOO, $77K in $SCHD, and $60K in $PLTR in my portfolio. For my retirement, I want to add growth-oriented AI stocks. Do you have any suggestions to enhance these roles?
I don't think this is the place to go for personalised investing advice. However, I suggest consulting a reliable counsellor to ensure you take the right steps.

Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.
Find stocks with market-beating yields and shares that at least keep pace with the market for a long term. Individuals can seek counsel from a certified financial advisor to optimize financial outcomes, who can provide specialized advice and methods to decrease expenses and maximize income
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.
Actually, it's a woman named Eleanor Bonnici Deskin. She's my go-to advisor-exceptionally approachable and compassionate. I highly recommend checking out her work.

I love SCHD and currently own 604 shares. I regularly buy more shares, but I also invest in growth stocks/ETFs. Right now, I focus on growth, but I plan to switch to dividend-paying value stocks/ETFs eventually. It's advisable to engage guidance for a well-diversified portfolio instead of relying solely on speculations.
I agree with you. As an early investor in NVDA, AVGO, ANSS, and PLTR, my CFA's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over £500,000.

I'm thinking to put some cash in stocks, I was at Salt Shack and i overheard some friends saying it’s ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy st0cks? I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?
Off course, but Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $295k to $850k.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with Sophia Nadene Morga for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I just looked up her website on google and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I have sent her an email hope she gets back to me soon. thanks for sharing.
I think a good portfolio should have three basic things: ETFs for diversification, dividend stocks for cash flow, and leading tech stocks. With your budget, it's a good idea to talk to a fiduciary advisor for expert advice.
I agree with you. As an early investor, my financial advisor's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over a million dollars.
I’m cautious about giving specific recommendations as everyone's situation varies. You may consider independent financial advisors like "Victoria Louisa Saylor" I've worked with her and I'd gladly commend her exemplary service on a public post.
Thank you for putting this out, it has rekindled the fire to my goal... was able to spot Victoria after inputting her full name on the web, she seems highly professional with over a decades of experience.
I invest in few of these but my portfolio is still down by approximately 20% I’ve lost over $150k and there's no hope in sight. Buying is not even an option. Any recommendations on how to scale up my returns before selling off to draw even will be highly appreciated as I am losing my mind
Yes. It is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold, which is why having guidance is important. I've been in touch with my CFA for about a year now and although I was initially skeptical about it, the portion of my portfolio she's handling i will say has made more progress within a year generating 6-figure profit.

Wooow, I was always writing about this KSPI since February, but NOBODY was paying attention !!! This is very cheap 10 p/e, 20%+ both p/e and revenue yearly growth! No brainer buy! In addition, In Kazakhstan almost everyone loves kaspi and uses it everyday! Kaspi is a monopoly in Kazakhstan.
@@aSuperEgo you can go to Kazakhstan and ask 95-99% of people if they know what is Freedom bank, they say either they have never seen it or they probably seen it sometime, but don’t know what it is really and Don’t Own It. However, more than 99% of them even own and use Kaspi in their everyday life. That’s what monopoly from Kaspi. At the same time, yeah, I believe Freedom has a good potential to grow and exposure to whole Central Asia and even to Russia. I haven’t invested in Freedom, but I am thinking about it.
@@Astrubale94 the only risk that I see for now is the economy of Kazakhstan and strength of Tenge against USD. Every devaluation of Tenge against USD will concern Kaspi’s earnings in USD in the short term but in the long run it will be quite fine. However, for other fintechs and banks in KZ, they need quite longer time to catch up with Kaspi, if they want to compete with the core business of Kaspi.
KSPI is interesting for sure, however geopolitical aspect stops me from putting money into it. Historically Kazakhstan has been in close relationship with Russia, and it still has some influence. It's enough to release some news, where Kaspi has something to do with Russia and the stock flies down crazy (how it happened in September).
@@kosrom3546 the latest sudden drop was a dummy blame. In Kazakhstan we know for sure that was a targeted blame to earn money for short sellers, however we were so happy that we could buy more shares for cheaper price, until Americans notice this stock and escalate the price. Politically, Kazakhstan is good both with Russia, China and US. US never go against KZ because US have already invested a lot into Oil&Gas and etc sectors and they don’t want to lose them. US never put any sort of sanctions unless Kazakhstan starts openly support Russia against the interests of US. Kazakhstan never deal with Russia against the interests of US. For now, Russia also does not want Kazakhstan to be sanctioned from US because KZ is the main bridge to the West followed by Turkey. The only risk is KZ economy is closely tied with Russia’s economy. You can learn more about it. So, not geopolitical but economic risk of KZ matters for Kaspi actually.
I've been working hard to save money and contribute to early retirement and financial independence, but the economy has destroyed the majority of my portfolio since the pandemic. I want to know if I should continue to make contributions to my portfolio in these erratic markets or if I should look into other industries.
DCAing amongst various assets is a good strategy and can help reduce the impact of market volatility and thus a good strategy if you are looking to compound . However it is important to consider financial advisory when investing .
I agree. Exactly why I now work with one. A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their emotions, no offense. I remember some years back, during the covid-outbreak, I needed a good boost to stay afloat, hence researched for advisors and thankfully came across one with grit. As of today, my cash reserve has yielded from $350k to nearly $1m

Some interesting choices here. And I won't lie, I love the Brookfield update! Hims and Hers also sounds interesting. I might have to look into it though I am trying not to add any new positions but it is definitely worth investigating.
Truth is that the market is really panicking at this moment and I'm worried what effect this frenzy could have on my portfolio of about 80k. Could you make any recommendations on how I could preserve my portfolio during this period and also make profit from the market situation?
It's a good idea to seek advice at the moment, unless you're an expert yourself. As someone who runs a service business and sells products on eBay, I can tell you that the economy is struggling and many people are struggling financially.
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I used to depend on TH-cam videos but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
As a turkish person i can inform that i use hepsiburada for 90% of my e-purchases, from vegetable seeds to grinder disc or headphone etc. Establ8shed and trusted company. Ive just learned here that Kazakhs bought them.
Hi Daniel, could you please analyse the tanker sector? I am hold TRMD. I think it is still quite profittable. I just don't understand how its share price has gone down 9-10 weeks in a row.
Can you make a detailed video about why you dont look at net income in most businesses and look at free cash flow instead? And why you look at net income for banks?
I can try to answer. Net income is a rough profit, calculated after you deduce expenses, taxes, depreciation/amortization, etc. Free cash flow is the actual money the company makes. To calculate FCF, you add back the money from depreciation/amortization and deduce the capital expenditure. In the end, FCF gives you a bettet idea of how much money the company makes and cannot be easily skewed by bad accounting practices.
As an Amazon owner myself, I would love to hear your thoughts on their level of SBC relative to FCF. Great content here! Love the KSPI idea. I'm definitely going to dig in on that one, for sure. 🔥
Hi Daniel, I remember one of your videos about Aphria, it was few years ago and your opinion was really valuable. Any chance you could do the same about Tilray ? What do think about this stock ? PS. I am very happy to see your chanel hitting 250k subscribers.
It seems certain stocks are undervalued, flying under the radar despite their potential. You can't help but wonder when the market will recognize their true worth. How can I invest $600K wisely to ensure our future security?
It's frustrating when market inefficiencies persist, particularly with undervalued stocks. Consider consulting an advisor for smarter investing decisions.
My financial advisor has been a game-changer, providing clarity and boosting my confidence in navigating finance. With their help, I've achieved my goals faster than I imagined. Highly recommend!
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and i'm eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Great list of stocks! I’ve been focusing on tech and AI-driven companies myself, especially NVIDIA for its strong position in AI and cloud infrastructure. Crowdstrike and Alphabet also seem like solid picks with their growth potential. Curious to hear your thoughts on balancing these high-growth bets with some value or dividend stocks for stability.
Daniel, excellent video as always, what’s your take on TBC bank, TBCCF, it’s a bank that operates in Georgia and Uzbekistan, presents a good growth prospect at a reasonable price. Thanks.
Daniel, Sven Carlin recently shared a rather critical perspective on Brookfield, citing concerns about BN’s reporting under IFRS instead of GAAP, its significant leverage, and the potential risks posed by rising interest rates. What are your thoughts on these points of caution?
Wouldn't Nice be a similar case to Adobe? If Nice's growth starts decelerating due to less new customers or part of their customers moving to other cheaper AI options might break you thesis here. Right?

Glad to have stumbled on this comment, Please who is the consultant that assist you and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
Actually, it's a woman named Eleanor Bonnici Deskin. She's my go-to advisor-exceptionally approachable and compassionate. I highly recommend checking out her work.
Thank you for sharing this. I've scheduled a call with her and am eager to speak with her directly. She certainly stands out, even with her busy schedule and commitments.
Daniel, your comments section is a dumpster fire. But your content is 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks for the detailed analysis.
agreed! A spam dumpster!
Hey, I'm trying to find a certified one to boost my investments/portfolio, but it's tough online. Can I get a recommendation from you since you know about this stuff?
Caroline Suzan Olson is the adviser I use, and I'm just putting this out here because you asked. You can just search the name. You'd find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
Very much appreciated. I just searched Caroline Suzan Olson on the internet, spotted her consulting page ranked top, and was able to schedule a session with her.
@@MehdiVerlinden-w7zCaroline was just arrested for fraud 😮
Rather of relying on penny stocks, I wish to diversify my assets by investing in ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of corporations with stable cash flows. I received 350k from the selling of my El-Paso property. What should I do?
I don't think here is the place for personalized investment guidance. However, I suggest consulting with a reliable advisor to ensure you make the right moves
Working with a financial advisor has been a game-changer for me. They provided invaluable insights and tailored strategies that aligned perfectly with my risk tolerance and financial objectives. With their support, I've seen significant growth in my investments and gained confidence in my financial future
Can you share details of your advisor? I want to invest my increased cash flow in stocks and alternative assets to achieve financial goals.
Marissa Lynn Babula is the advisor I use and i'm just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
I’ve just looked up her full name on my browser and found her webpage, very much appreciate this
I'm thinking to put some cash in stocks, I was at Salt Shack and i overheard some friends saying it’s ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy st0cks?
Impressive gains! how can I get your advisor please, if you dont mind me asking? I could really use this heads up as of now
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field.
I have 355k in AMZN, BN and SOFI looking to strengthen my asssts further with TMDX and some ctypto thoughts?
I think a good portfolio should have three basic things: ETFs for diversification, dividend stocks for cash flow, and leading tech stocks. With your budget, it's a good idea to talk to a fiduciary advisor for expert advice.
I agree with you. As an early investor, my financial advisor's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over a million dollars.
Quite inspiring! could you be kind enough with details of your advIsor please? in dire need of proper asset allocation
Meta investors have made a killing in the past two years, with the stock up 480% 🤯. Buy META!
This is incredible. Could you recommend who you work with? I really could use some help at this moment.
My CFA is Victoria Louisa Saylor, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked her up on Google and explored her website; she has an impressive background in investments. I've sent her an email, and I hope to hear back from her soon!
I FINALLY started a position in Brookfield. I’ll buy more next week and then again monthly. Thanks for all the information.
Isn’t Borat from Kazakhstan?
you should take into account also the devaluation of tengue when analyzing kaspi
Kaspi is a monopoly in Kazakhstan.
that's has high risk
Monopoly? That's a strong word! There are many competitors, including fast-growing ones, including FRHC
Outstanding, balanced non biased analysis as usual
Turkey also has a seriously high inflation rate. Currency losses look dangerous.
HIMS. HIMS. HIMS. HIMS. HIMS. Did I say HIMS ? :)

Will you make a video about EQB's earning?
Great video as always Daniel. Thanks for sharing.
Great content, Thanks Daniel!
As of today, my cash reserve has yielded from $350k to nearly $1m
i'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisors online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
"Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier," a well-known authority in this field. I would recommend looking into her credentials more because she has a great deal of expertise and is a great resource for anybody looking for advice on how to navigate the financial market.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
Good video!!!
Kaspi looks interesting but doesn't margins look very high for this kind of business?
Thank you for great vid again. However what would be amazingly helpful to your viewers if you tell whether or not proposed stock traded on usa market in advance. Otherwise its waste of time.
To get petr.
Do i need pay more?
Thank you for the ideas. I have been considering Kspi for a while, now seems the right time
imo UBER and NU are very undervalued.

Some interesting choices here. And I won't lie, I love the Brookfield update! Hims and Hers also sounds interesting. I might have to look into it though I am trying not to add any new positions but it is definitely worth investigating.
Thank you! I just bought Kaspi couple of weeks ago. Looks like very well managed company.
I am investing from Canada. It shows Brookfield Corp TSE , 84.24 for 5th December. Is it the same one which you show in video ?
Truth is that the market is really panicking at this moment and I'm worried what effect this frenzy could have on my portfolio of about 80k. Could you make any recommendations on how I could preserve my portfolio during this period and also make profit from the market situation?
It's a good idea to seek advice at the moment, unless you're an expert yourself. As someone who runs a service business and sells products on eBay, I can tell you that the economy is struggling and many people are struggling financially.
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I used to depend on TH-cam videos but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
pls how can I reach this expert, I need someone to help me manage my portfolio
Credits goes to Carol Vivian Constable one of the finest portfolio managers in the field. She's widely recognized; you should take a look at her work.
Thank you for sharing. it was easy to find her, then I scheduled a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
What about Maxeon solar ?
Can you make a review on Maxeon
Hi Daniel, what do you think about TMDX?
Buying just after a significant rally? Probably not a good idea, not really that undervalued. But AMZN is always great. Thanks!
None of Chinese stocks are in your list, any thoughts on their prospects?
EQB buy?
As a turkish person i can inform that i use hepsiburada for 90% of my e-purchases, from vegetable seeds to grinder disc or headphone etc. Establ8shed and trusted company. Ive just learned here that Kazakhs bought them.
Hi Daniel, could you please analyse the tanker sector? I am hold TRMD. I think it is still quite profittable. I just don't understand how its share price has gone down 9-10 weeks in a row.
can you look at cava and do a dcf? it's arguably the next chipotle
Daniel could you have a look at canadian solar at all time lows please? Thank you

In your opinion, XAI311T for $10? 1 year or so?
HI Daniel, Nice looks nice! Yes to hims.., already caught wind of this one! 😊amzn a no-brainer, continue to dca!
Thank you! 😊
The importance of community governance in XAI311T cannot be overstated.
Sold all my xrp yesterday and bought XAI311T
Julianne Iwersen Niemann can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like.
I just Googled her name and her website came up right away. It looks interesting so far. I sent her an email and i hope she responds soon.
Thanks.
What is price prediction of XAI311T
Could you look into Markel (MKL)???
I will add TD bank here too.
Daniel, Sven Carlin recently shared a rather critical perspective on Brookfield, citing concerns about BN’s reporting under IFRS instead of GAAP, its significant leverage, and the potential risks posed by rising interest rates. What are your thoughts on these points of caution?
You should buy ETH and XAI311T if you care about your future
What platform can I get xai311t. I don't see it on coinbase or itrust?
Set to XAI311T 2$
Wouldn't Nice be a similar case to Adobe? If Nice's growth starts decelerating due to less new customers or part of their customers moving to other cheaper AI options might break you thesis here. Right?
I see XAI311T everywhere. Could someone help explain what XAI311T is?
