You've provided an interesting anslysis but you forgot about the technological aspect. From the perspective of a person who research and worked with neural networks, ML and AI development I know that the idea of implementing the real time voice interaction was there but computing power and access to sufficient data was not. SOUN could exist 20 years but 20 years ago you had no chance of building a system that could capture your voice command, extract crutial information, disregard noise and give a meaninful answer. Early attempts were very poor. SOUN had an opportunity to research the idea, build up a network of potential customers, develop, train and continously improve their models. Companies like Apple and Samsung could develop similar tech due to an access to data from phone conversations for example but there is a lot of controversy behind gathering and using that data. As an investor you should make an attempt to understand how the tech actually works before giving an ultimate judgment.
Doesn't look like you've attempted to address or excuse any of the many points of contention raised in the video. That's great that you're able to parrot the company's marketing literature about how great the technology is but the proof is ALWAYS in revenue growth. After all their failed SPAC deck promises, let's see if that happens.

the real issue for the company is that its not 5 years ago, as tech stands now you can build this same AI model yourself locally , of course if its just some one messing around they wont mind paying a fee per AI token, but if some one is planning to use a application like this productively a few K$ on to a workstation or just spend less to upgrade your desk top with 2 4060 ti 16GB is going to get you allot better bang for your buck, also your business wont be playing catch in 5 years because you dont have a real understanding of machine learning , all this software is free right now , though it is not "packaged" for consumer use, you will need to be able copy and paste some code to get to work , but once its up , it can make about what ever software you want .

That's false. We pointed out why in our video. NVIDIA's investment in Soundhound was made back in 2017. Media outlets inaccurately claimed that it was made three quarters ago.
