- First ride of spring - Royal Enfield Interceptor 650
The last year has been so difficult for so many people across the world - illness, losing loved ones, isolation and endless Covid-19 lockdowns. For us bikers, its also been difficult because much of our freedom has been removed from us, one of the driving reasons to ride a motorcycle.
We wanted to make a little video capturing some of that freedom and the joy of getting back out again on two wheels, the amazing roads and scenery we’re lucky to have, the sound of the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and some of the freedom we can all too quickly take for granted.

Incredible scenery. It’s been so long since I road in the Lake District. Great memories. Luckily, I got stuck in Vietnam during the pandemic and there’s been no lockdown. So I’ve been riding year round, albeit on rented scooters.
Sometimes you just want some great footage of your bike cruising around when you’re not feeling a chilly ride. Thanks for the simple, beautiful film ✌🏼

I live 6 miles from the sign post at the start of the vid, that is why, due to the roads/passes that I like to ride, i have given up riding 1000cc+ bikes and am awaiting delivery of a new RE Himalayan..perfect bike to ride the lake district roads and gentle off road green lanes on :D

TBH THESE ROADS AND VALLEYS LOOK VERY SIMILAR TO THE ONES HERE IN HIMACHAL PRADESH, INDIA

You never see that road that quite. Did you have to pay everyone to go away while you rode it? Great road, even when it's busy.
Haha no... just a regular day. Course if you go in a holiday time it's much busier but we normally find it quite quiet. 😉
