I’ve been fascinated with this case since watching the Netflix series. Thank you. There are so many victims out there and the families deserve justice 🙏
Clyde is a liar. At 15:10, (I’m paraphrasing) he says, ”I’ve never been to Louisiana except with the wife that I have now. I’ve never even HEARD of it!.. well, I’ve heard of it…” He’s so used to lying, he says stupid stuff like that without even thinking, then has to back-peddle. Pathological lying, perfect example.
Yaaaaas part 4, you are rocking with this series! Tim is like an old friend to me now. Clyde might be a hapless aged man now, but these demons are tricky & will hide in plain sight while pretty much confessing on themselves. Quality video upload. Thank you once again ❤❤❤
Losing a loved one to murder & the killer going free is torturous. In '97 my niece, her husband & their 5 year old son were murdered about 100 miles north of Houston. It was never "solved". It fragmented the whole family & sent my big sister to an early grave.
Hi @sheryldalton8965 -- we've got a series called "Solvable" where we tell unsolved crime stories in hopes someone will come forward with information to close Cold Cases. Would you be interested in sharing more about your loved one's story?
I'm sorry for your loss. My uncle was killed in San Antonio 40 years ago and it has never been solved even though multiple people saw the make and model and color of the vehicle that struck him. He was only 16 years old. When it happened he was actually helping other citizens who had just had a bad car accident. While he was helping a car was speeding and was suspected of being a drunk driver cause he or she was swerving and then hit my uncle and he died at the scene. I'm trying to get them to reopen the case.
Clyde lies with such ease - he hasn’t lived anywhere, visited anywhere, known anyone, talked to nobody.. despite several people telling otherwise? And he has been convicted of murder already. Oh well. See ya on three weeks!
Clyde has the soulless eyes or crazy eyes as they say.. would not doubt he did it. I mean esp if they all are connected to him at some point. He would not have had any trouble attracting women back then from what I saw of the photos. Tim Miller is a blessing and you can also see the pain still in his eyes as well as the years of pain etched on his face. May the Lord bless him when he is finally reunited with his girl Laura Miller.
I worked there in 1995-1996 for Robert Abel.(Stardust Trail Rides) I called the cops, FBI, Messaged Tim Miller, and news stations to give them info I knew. Nobody has ever called me back.
League City LE didn’t do a great job. They lost evidence and blamed victims, labelling them “runaways” or worse. Tim and the other families all deserve justice.
@@DarkCriimes everyone, including League City PD believed it was Robert. Tim threatened him with a gun, a few times. Robert was a two faced liar who abused his horses and had a CRAZY temper. I quit after a horse was injured by a unsecured gate that little girls who volunteered tied to and it came loose, the horse bolted and the gate was still tied to the horse. Needless it say it was bloody and horrific. Robert refused to call the vet, refused to let me (a high school kid working co-op) give any local for pain, and then screamed at me and the other hand while we tried to use our dirty hands to sew up a horse and stop the bleeding. With no pen, no restraints, no help. He was a liar and a horrific person to people and animals. And that's just part of my feelings towards him.
Excuse me but how the hell is Clyde released from prison after being convicted of Ellen Beason's murder?? And he had so many contradictions on himself during his interview....i admire the restraint of the interviewer not reaching over and slapping that man. Id like to! Sorry but injustice makes me angry. And i love Tim Miller saying he invented drive by shootings in that county. I would do the same for my daughter. This has been the most complete & most empathetic coverage of this case ive ever seen. Im in Texas. Ive seen all the videos on the subject and ive read a lot of the history on it. I was a first responder for years and ive just applied to volunteer for Texas Equusearch. I have always had alot of admiration for Mr Tim Miller but this series has really shown an intimate view of the years he spent after Laura disappeared. She would be close to my age now. I can relate to her using a payphone at a corner store. Being young and vulnerable naive just trying to use the phone but having to be in public doing it. I came across several creepy men in my time. I suppose i should consider myself fortunate that things did not escalate. Thank you again for your classy respectful portrayal of this horrible case - the Texas Killing Fields. ❤ Much love.
Again, a top notch documentary. With so much information that no one else has told. That no one else has interviewed. I had never heard of this Clyde guy until watching your series. I hope that the families and Tim Miller get answers.❤
@@lauraduplooyLaura, are you a Texan? I'm an Aussie, been watching this week-by-week from the other side of the world. Great production, yet it only has 60-odd comments. What gives?
I lived in clear lake city in the 80’s & was the same age as Laura. I remember hearing about her but I don’t recall if it was when she went missing or when she was found. I’m sure my parents had a word or two with us as well. I’ve lived in Dickinson for over 20 years, have raised my kids here & haven’t had a problem. I’d completely forgotten about the Killing Fields though I’ve heard many stories about EquuSearch’s work. When I was a kid I didn’t know where Calder road was; now I’m more familiar with it but still didn’t associate it with those horrible things. It’s a weird thing to realize that my youngest went to Calder Road elementary, just down the road from the Baptist church. Weird to think I’ve driven by those hallowed grounds & never realized what they were. I hope their killer rots in hell, if he hasn’t already.
If only this circus full of clowns hadn’t lost and destroyed the few pieces of evidence they had, they could prove this animal is guilty. It’s absolutely unconscionable how these cases were handled from an evidentiary standpoint. 😡 God bless Tim and all the good work he and his organization do!
@@renejerezano3760That’s ridiculous. Why would a doctor be friends with that Bacliff scum? No, what happened was, the retired medical examiner was embarrassed he screwed up back then and hid evidence so he wouldn't look like an incompetent baffoon.
I wonder why I lived right there in League City and these murders. I heard nothing about.Somethng did happen back then and I can't help but wonder if it could help
Why were these folks paying for a police department. They refused to complete forms, lost evidence from the scene, delayed looking for missing & even managed to LOSE BODY PARTS
Why not give Clyde a opportunity to clear his name since he denies all the allegations put him on a lie detector test I know it can't be used in court but it will expose him if he's lying an then will he be exposed for murdering those poor girls may they rest in peace
People can and do pass lie detector tests all the time. Cops don't put too much stock in them. They're really used as a tool to point investigators in the right direction. You need to remember something, too. Clyde murdered a young woman, then dumped her body on the side of I-45 with not a care in the world. He has no remorse or feelings for any of these girls, can easily lie and deny all accusations, but the fact remains he murdered.
Only thing I struggle with is that Heidi & Laura disappeared from the same pay phone is league city. What’s the odds Clyde was there? We don’t know where Audrey and Donna were last seen exactly. It’s confusing
The odds are huge. A lot of people don't know this, but Clyde was working for a roofer down off Calder and he was known to dump old roofing shingles in the same area where the killing fields are. They also found old roofing shingles next to Laura Miller's body. Clyde also knew Heidi Fye. It wouldn't be unreasonable that he be passing by that store or even at that store when both girls were there.
@ I didn’t know that. I still find it brazen that the killer returned to the same field to dump Laura & Audrey after Heidi had already been discovered there. Then after those 3 were found he returns years later to dump the body of Donna. Assuming Donna was killed by the same perpetrator.
He's really annoying to listen to. He's done some of the killings but I think you might have more than one killer. R.I.P to all these beautiful young ladies, and prayers to all the families.
It's happened in several places recently it seems like. There's these ones coming back up but you also have the "Gilgo Beach 4 or 5" and "Lake Mead" which I think is up to like 6 bodies there and that was as of May 2023. So there may be even more!
Easy. The baffoon detectives in the 80s treated the victims, especially Heidi & Laura as second rate citizens not worthy of wasting their time on, then they lost the evidence. No evidence? No way to test now for DNA. It's not what you know, it's what you can prove!
Great series but great overalls documentary’s. They’ll never have the solid evidence on Clyde they need because from the start of when all this occurred, in the 80s, the league city pd fumble these cases. Thus now just looking for a sole confession from Clyde
This has been an excellent series.
