In this example Tcpdump shows information of switch layer 3 interfaces. Does it do the same with SVI or layer 3 vlans? I suppose it does.

Yes it’s possible .

This does only capture traffic from and to that interface. No transit traffic.

HI! I executed run bash, and when i type ifconfig I didn't see interfaces in nondefault VRF. Only in default VRF.
