SVS PB3000 + two Yamaha NS-SW100, would you personally add those with the help of a mini-DSP? Maybe as bandwidth limited mid bass modules? Have you ever tried something like that? Was it a win in your book? Tell us about your subwoofer integration in the comments section! Especially if you have a really good one and something of lesser quality integrated in a good way with a miniDSP or other means?!? Also thanks for watching!

Great point by Erin about filling in the mid-bass 50-120Hz problem area.

I figure the industry is headed for multiple solutions in bass reproduction. The new room correction software is using subs to cancel standing waves. I can see the eventual implementation of sub stacks/arrays to address the 10 Hz - 120 Hz in both sound creation and cancellation. $7k processors are only the beginning lol

Except that the 80hz is a roll off, not an immediate switch. So you're still getting sub action at 120hz if your crossover is at 80hz. If you set it to 120hz you'e gonna get sub action at like 160hz. That's too damn high. THX came to the 80hz conclusion for a reason.
