You can see Motobu's drills being done by his son here. No, disrespect to these guys, but I think his son's presentation is closer to the book.

That reverb in that room is unreal! I would love to record some audio in there!

I like the principles a lot. I'd like to see better body positions on the punches so that some of the punches are not jammed. Other than that, very good application. Also, maybe a reverse angle on the videos to show the other side? Osu. Good job, keep training.

Thanks for sharing. I always wondered IF what Motobu brought with him from Okinawa survived or not. Seems it has.

Why do you wiggle back and forth after each technique? Why?? Use a good stand.

Terrible angle and sound. Were you wanting to reveal or conceal the drills?

Kenpo is Korean. Motobu Ha Shito Ryu does katas as well, Kenpo not.

Motobu fart drills 🤣. Those can't be applied . If those 2 would fight in a death life situation they will forgot such "drills" and they will just punch with the hands worst than a boxer does and eventually they will run...If they repeat those moves like robots does not mean those can be applied because a real attack is not planed and the moves can be of any kind so is impossible to apply because there is no time to think . But if the attacker is a fatty slow clown like Motobu was of course that those can be applied .

The problem with your claim is that fat fighters with solid skills and agility do exist in real life. Take Chris Barnett from RoadFC for example. That dude literally moves around the cage like Kung Fu Panda and he also has good abilities in TKD kickboxing to knock out other trained fighters.
