About the recycling - if you had multiple of those chip/filter trays you could switch them between jobs and use one exclusively for aluminum, and one for everything else or so. That way you could accumulate aluminum chips over time, as that’s usually the material that can be recycled best anyway :) just an idea though in case you’re interested, no pressure!
removable electrical is key... if you end up moving it's easy to re-use. I imagine 3 tools at a time... so wire 2 legs down each wall. plastic - nonconductive AC boxes that point downwards keep the schmoo out.
A cheap Rerfractometer is better then none! ;) It doesnt Matter if u fill it up many times if u use Tap water! At work we use it too on 3 Cnc maschines. and 4 normal Mills/Drills... No problem so far if u keep it between 6 and 9%. And Water and the Coolant dont mic at all! leave it for 1 week still and oil will come on top and water at the bottom... If we fill our CNC with Coolant, we try to hit 7%. then we will just fill it up with only Water the hole year. in the 220liter tank, pump mixing is fine
@CMTeamCobra why? if i get it mixed up right? it worked around 10 years just fine... and we got inspected every 3 months from the coolant supplier... whatever in theorie you are right yes

Just take the oil/water mixture to any oil change/quick lube place……they will accept it and dispose of it properly
