Sharekhan, Please! Do not use customers as your testing ground. They pay you commision, interest and AMC to help them make money. Your front end and backend systems have got technical issues causing a loss. You can’t fool customers by saying the issues are at NSE or BSE. Your software needs to handle problems caused by your developers. You cannot runaway claiming technical glitches, it is not okay! You have to compensate your customers if they lost money because of your inefficient system development.
