Retracement is not a reversal, it’s a pull back and Fibonacci helps us predict upto what level it will pull back.

So far trading has been a zero sum game for Me.... Some go in profits but within a week I lose it in other trades... If u can maintain discipline and put correct stop losses then u can consider trading

so many forex traders are watching these levels and placing buy and sell orders to take profits, but these levels can often become the end of the trend move due to self-fulfilling expectations.
The question is how efficient are we in using the Fibonacci retracement tool in determining which Swing Low and Swing High to use?
People have different way at which they look at charts, look at different time frames, and have their own fundamental biases.
there is no absolute right way to do it, especially when the trend on the chart isn’t so clear. Sometimes it becomes a guessing game.
That’s why you need to hone the skills of an expert trader who can combine the Fibonacci retracement tool with other tools in their forex toolbox to help give you a higher variation of success.
Seriously the Fibonacci tool is are not always simple to use, If they were that simple, traders would always place their orders at Fibonacci retracement levels and the markets would trend forever.
