Ok this might be a really stupid question but, I'm new to baking. When you say 1 cup of flower do you mean packed down or fluffy flower... idk if that makes sense but everytime I make some dough it is too runny... (I was trying to make the dough from your egg tarts sorry for commenting it on this video lol)
The most accurate way is to actually use a food scale and measure you're ingredients in grams. However if that's out of your way, then you should spoon and level (spoon flour into measuring cup and scrap off the excess). If the dough is too runny, add a bit of flour since dough can vary depending on where you live and the humidity. Hope this help, and let me know if you have anymore questions? 🙂
Thanks for the response I cant wait to continue learning how to bake. Also thanks for the fast response! I look forward to trying more of your recipes!
Nice choice.. but it will require heavily fragrant type of honey like thick mountain honey to give these cupcakes the aroma of honey and lemon. I would duggest that you add in a bit fresh grated ginger and a tiny bit of cardamom to help give these beauties a boost of flavor.
Wow so yummy lemon muffins
I love how you make this! this look soo yumm! I would try this next time!
