Interesting, I would love to play around with non UV resin and electronics, tho casting resin is SUPER expensive over here, UV resin is more budget friendly.....the downside is that it gets pretty hot when it cures :/ I love how this crystal lamp turned out, and the pulsating blue, magical :) Amazing work as always Sir :) 💜
The dramatic music at 18:55 gave me a case of the giggles -- especially after I realized that all you did was cut the 1 cm copper band for the crystal -- because I just knew a major oopsie was coming my way, but nooooo! 🙊🤣 Once again, loved how this turned out and I can't wait for the next piece of the escape room! Very nice. Effective. I did notice the change from metric to imperial but I do that all the time - I’m in the UK and learned imperial at school (giving my age away here!) then metric when my kids were at school so I just use whichever is more convenient for the job I’m doing!
Thank you! I'm trying to convert myself to metric. It's generally more accurate. But, as most of my builds are in 1/12 scale, imperial is so much easier to use. 🤗
They turned out so great. I hadn't seen the tiny LEDs like those before. I have some super tiny ones, but it's just the one little bulb kind. I really like these. Thank you so much for sharing. Also, great use of the iron skillet. I have several of those little tiny ones, and never really use them.. Now I have a great use for one in my craft room instead of the kitchen. 😄
I think these came out wonderfully! I am amazed at how tiny the components are, I definitely have a fear of using electricity so haven’t tried anything other than battery operated. You are an awesome teacher!
Thank you. This "low voltage" electricity is not that dangerous. There is nothing to fear about it. The worst that could happen is you destroy a $0.50 piece of electronics, the approximate cost of this kind of LED.
