Self-Efficacy Theory of Motivation Explained

In this video, we explain the self-efficacy theory of motivation by Albert Bandura.
We'll begin by defining what self-efficacy means before moving on to explain the model. Once we've done that we'll look at examples of ways in which you can use the model in practice.

A diagram which plots x vs x is not ever going to be very interesting. If efficacy is defined as the belief that you are capable of achieving a specific goal, then I don't think we need a plot of x = y to tell us that they are related.
