Kokrajhar market is held twice a week on every Thursday and Sunday. Kokrajhar is one of the district of Assam and it is also the capital city BTC which comprises four district namely Kokrajhar, Bagsa, Chirang and Udalguri.
All assam people are good and friendly people's I have some friends I really like assam

I was in Rangapara, Tezpur in early.days. I was also the part of school team. We lost Kakarajar in the final. Next year our team defeated Kokrajar. It was in 70s. Its like any other markets of Indian rural side,it appears to me fish and pork to be favourite with bodo's.One unifying factor in India is 'Saree' ,though draped in different forms in different regions,its a traditional attire for women in allmost all the states.Other wise your video is very informative,I wish peace and prosperity to the people of Bodoland.

I want to visit assam or meghalaya, which place is good for travelling? I prefer greenery and calm place.
If you want greenery and cold environment then Meghalaya and if you want luxury and less expensive then Assam
If you want to experience the mountains, grasslands and rivers visit the foothills of the Assam-Bhutan-Arunachal borders which is the foothills of the Himalayas ,you will experience the real beauty of Assam. Rest the whole NE is greenary , which is a biodiversity hot spot. I have not been to Meghalaya yet but it is beautiful too.
