I love your still using your old bed frame rack you built for that griddle. I have watched your videos for a long have and learned much. Thanks for your time doing these videos and keep up the good work!
love those griddles. I found some off-name brand that doesn't have the raised edges on the outside. I'm horrible with a spatula in pans or anything with a raised edge 😂
Thanks for the iron video. When are you going to do your shrimpin catch clean and cook? Looking foward to it. I got my boat loaded and prepping to pay Dr. Lake a visit next week! Cheers! Mac
Hopefully this week. Just got back from the Smoky Mts tonight. Might try a few scouts after work this week and try to get some before all the water from down south wases them out. Hit me up on my email and we can talk about a trip soon. backwoodsgourmetchannel@gmail.com

You should have a channel like "Dad How Do I?", but not as basic as his, like this video here. There's too many generations of men without basic practical skills, and you have many. Keep it up my friend.
How to sharpen your own axe, mower blade, knives. How to change oil and brakes. Basic flooring, tiling, and other small repairs. Stuff like that. Your cooking is still #1 and necessary as well.
@15:49, publix spray olive oil, good product, i use their spray butter and canola oil as well, i prefer them over the similar brand name products.....................in fact i used it tonoght on some chuck short ribs done up like a mini pot roast.........................
It's perfectly safe to use lye on your cookware. People have used lye to clean their ovens for more than 100 years, so did they "poison" the oven, too? 😅😅 After you wash to skillet, all of the lye goes down the drain. Did you notice that he also soaked the griddle in vinegar? Vinegar also deactivates lye, rendering it harmless.

Hoping you all came through the storm ok.
Two big ass trees down on my barn, don't worry, the boats are fine. Took all day with help to get them off and cut up.
Wire brush?
You just poisoned the metal.
This is an honest and sincere question!! Please don't be argumentative with your answer, why did he "poison the metal"?

@@chriscarter7182 No matter what, someone will say poison. Some even call flour poison!
