I played tier 1 midget and ended up playing 3 years of junior B. Team was made up of top tier 1, AA and AAA midget players. Junior A was made up of primarily of AAA players.

This is a perfect segway for the mantra , "go play hard , train , work your butt off and most of all just have fun. " Because there are hundreds , if not thousands of really really good hockey players out there and youre probably not going anywhere in the end. But regardless , there is still value in it all, some of it you will never quantify or see.
How long does a player stay on a junior team? If the replacement rate is 2 per year, it would take 10 years to turnover the team.
If you play A1 in your final year of Midget hockey, is there a good chance if you making Junior A?
