If you are able, take the opportunity to make your own schedule. I am a life long insomniac. Working fulltime, this wrecked me every single day !!! 45 years of managing on 1 or 2 hours of sleep AND being kind to others was a challenge !!
I still am an insomniac, but those after lunch naps with a Michaela video ( highly recommend :-) have been life savers !!!
