You don't have to watch this channel for very long before you realize that they move most of their product very quickly. That's an indication that it's priced right.
@@dwderp My point is that it is a sellers mkt. A low supply, thus a higher than normal price...The fact that they sell fast, has to do, from my observation that there are very few, nationally, and those available are affordable for many buyers who will eat this inflated price. Many stimulus' checks may have helped push budgets into more affordability, for some. Thanks.

I agree. I’ve been following their inventory for about a year now and it seems they’ve increased the prices considerably in the last few months. 🤷🏻♀️
