Hey Jack, the beard is looking good!!! You most definitely need the ball bearing in there for the clutch to work. I wish I had a dollar for every time I forgot the put the plunger back in the clutch…lol
I put it in and took it out so many time trying to make this thing work that I forgot where I was when I finally got it correct. When cleaning up and putting everything away and I realized that the ball bearing is in there for the final solution unlike what I said on the video.
just for the heck of it I was looking at the clutch diagram and seen when your stacking the clutch in the basket the last steel plate has a different part number than the rest of the steel plates. why is that?
of course we watch Dale too...He's fantastic!
bundle up, Jack its time!

Thanks Cain!
did you ever see Dale Sweger`s video on filing down those clutch plate groves on the basket? sometimes its need sometime not,Just Say`in!
Yup.

It's a bit thicker than the other clutch plates. Why ?????
Die läuft wie ein Sack voll Nüsse, da stimmen Zündung und Vergasereinstellungen nicht. Außerdem macht sie zuviel mechanische Geräusche....
Everything you said is absolutely correct. much more work required.
