I only saw about two reverse banks in this. It's like they're all wussies unless the shot is dead on or forward. I saw several reverse bank opportunities that were passed up for a harder shot which then got missed. @2:01:20 Thorpe chose a three rail kick shot over the one ball reverse bank which looked easy as ever to me. Oh well. Watching the rest, I see that Bustie made two reverse banks.
Interesting seeing Johnny shoot right handed and under his left eye. I never realized how big Gabe is... and whatever happened to him? And look how much weight Billy and Sky gained... LOL
I shoot right handed but aim with my left eye. I dont have any issues and play pretty well. I just have my cue quite close to my chest which rubs a little
Funny I'd met Cole Dixon in 1980's in Spokane we played a lot at One Bridge North him and Jimmy Getchell. Cole could drink 30 beers and still beat anyone.
Bugs Rucker, was the greatest bank pool player ever. Spud (Gary Spaeth), was a very close second, and Cannonball, would be 3rrd!! Eddie Taylor, was great, but he never faced the type of competition these guys play against>
I have tremendous respect for Mark Wilson, but this business about Shannon Daulton not staying down being a main cause for his misses is bull butter. Shannon jumped up on three consecutive shots, the first two of which were perfect. Mark said he missed the last because of not staying down after the stroke. Several players have developed the habit with no negative effect. I would challenge anybody to look back at the many thousands of difficult shots made by Shannon and Mike Sigel after jumping up immediately after making contact with the cue ball. It's just a thing with some people. I love the video by the way.
I love Bustamante's smile after he makes a great shot. He's a joy to watch.
These bank pool ring games are one of my favorite things to watch on here
Bank pool is just a great game. Nothing is easy.
Great ring game never a dull moment. Good to hear Mark and John’s commentary. Thanks Pat and Accu-Stats
Our pleasure!
The is the best Bank Ring game video out there. Love my bank pool...
This was great to watch. Thanks AccuStat
Fantastic match. Sky and billy looked like babies.
Thanks for pulling out another one of these. You guys really listen. Nice.
Thank you, I love these games...! Busty for the win...!
Bustamante showing why he's a pool god, those 3 rail shots could only be done by him out of this group.
The most fun and entertaining "play" are these ring matches!!!
Video title says 2018 but this is actually from 2016. Thanks for the match Pat! Would love to see as much bank pool as possible
Oops.
Some sick shots in there!!
I have watched several of the bank ring games but I haven’t seen a bridge brought out yet.
Great video and I can see almost the entire Knoxville billiards club crew there watching in the stands lol
Brumback, Daulton, Bustamante, Thorpe, Reyes, Woodward is a ring game I want to see.
22:28 "Now here's.... Whoever's up next" 😂😆

That last bank if he was slower with that same out side inglish would have gone in not shaping well rhere
Eddie Taylor
2:04:20 what a beauty
Eddie Taylor 😀

@22:13 Position and bank really never made sense to the commentator because he just not good enough to ever do both LOL. I am though.
Bug was left handed!!!
don't like this game.. looks crazy..
Its confusing until you understand standard bank pool and that this is a sort of gambling type game
