How to make Pomodori Farciti all'Erbette(Tomatoes stuffed with herbs)

I really love this dish, it's super delicious and easy to make I highly recommend it. Now, the amount of ingredients you'll need depend and how many tomatoes you want stuff so you're gonna have eyeball it. Also, shoutout to Max Miller on Tasting History. I wouldn't have found this dish if it weren't for him. Also, sorry if the different frames in the middle bothered you.
