It’s Gwen Stacy in 6in scale. That’s enough for me. That slit in the skirt is just to aid articulation, I’m sure. The Mary-Jane Watson head is going on the body in the two-pack from yonks ago. So glad they made a Gwen Stacy. Took their time, though. No, the previous version doesn’t count.

@Im Heatseeker It wouldn't be the first time. Look at the neutral Jean head that was included in the TRU Dark Phoenix 2pk and meant for the Juggernaut wave Phoenix. Or the Onslaught head included with Rogue for Red Onslaught. Or the Shadow King head with Xavier for the Kingpin BAF...

It would be awesome if Hasbro could do a Spider-Man wave based off of the artwork of J. Scott Campbell like they did for the Alex Ross 80th Anniversary figures. They could do Black Cat, MJ, Gwen, and, Spider-Man in his regular and black costumes.
the neck part not being connected happened to my figure as well. A little loctite super glue will do the trick!

I was bothered by the Mary Jane head too, but in the late 60's Mary Jane used to have many different outfits and she would sometimes wear a jacket very similar to that one, usually combined with dresses with those angular patterns from that were popular at that time. The whole outfit is more iconic to Gwen, because that's what she was wearing when she died, but it's not far off from the kind of outfit MJ used to wear as well. Take a look at the Spider-man No More storyline, and you'll see

MJ has so many outfits that she could dress up like Gwen with no problem. I liked her.

Wow that's really odd that the "alternate" head for a completely different character has better painting in the hair than the normal head for the figure.

Maybe the MJ head is for a swap for that Spiderman two pack that came out a few years ago, much like they did for Jean with the Phoenix two pack?

There's something very sad about the idea that Spider-Man's love interests are so interchangeable that you can just do a simple head swap between them. I feel like both MJ and Gwen deserve better than that.

Hasbro is so iffy with the eyes. Your Gwen Stacy's eyes look good, but not your Mary Jane's and with Shartimus it's switched. Pretty lame. Also, you got some terrible luck for your figures sheesh
