Great vid. Horns on our bikes are a very, very important safety feature. I truly believe that manufacturers are short-changing us with these little beep-beep Betty Boop OEM horns. Interesting note: 125 Balloon popping 135 Air raid siren 140 Jet engine at takeoff 140+ dB, Painful & Dangerous Eardrum rupture 150 Fighter jet launch 160 Shotgun 165 .357 magnum revolver 175 Howitzer cannon 180 Rocket launch 194 Sound waves become shock waves 101-125 dB: 110 decibels and above is the level where other sounds can not truly be heard. Aircraft takeoff, trains, and quite loudlconcerts would fall to the 110+ decibel level. 126+ dB: 125 decibels is where sound really begins to get painful. Now, you’re basically talking about weaponized audio. This is the noise level of a rocket ship taking off. Keep in mind, that exposure to sounds higher than 110 decibels "can" cause instantaneous hearing loss.
Dope! Horns are very important to having a safe ride! It's best to be hears, because sometimes, people are easily distracted and won't see you! Great Horn, and great Video as always!!!
Enjoyed the video. Ordered the horn from your website. Some bikers, like me, wear ear plugs so an extra loud horn to alert your riding buddies of danger is a good idea.
The Denali Soundbomb is half the price of the Screaming Banshee. The Wolo horn is half the price of the Denali!! You should do a comparison video. I have heard both and they sound like the Banshee. Great video.
Have these horns been tested by an unpartial party? Many horns claiming a certain decibel rating fail miserably when accurately and scientifically tested. The pitch and tone of that horn unique over the OEM horn that is very specific and comprisinf of a single tone, its good enough to say they are louder or will get attentio , but they are likely not 126dB.
@@RykerRydes Beth is not really hard Wolo has kits to easily wire the air horn on the bike the only problem I found was finding a mounting location for the air horn.
I found a rubber plug on the back of my factory Harley horn. I dug the rubber plug out to reveal a slotted screw. Twist it one way and the horn got squeaky and quiet. The other way and it went Chevy square body loud. Save your money…

I haven’t scientifically tested it. It is significantly louder than stock. That’s what matters to me.
Great video! Easy install and loud!!
Glad you like it! Thanks!!
Is it as easy on a spyder? Great job as usual.
A little more steps on a Spyder. The horn is hidden under a panel beneath the bike. But easily done.
Thanks !
No, thank YOU for watching!
a piped harley is about 100 db
Nice video Beth but I prefer air horns all my bikes had them except for my 2018 RTL that one has the wolo bad boy air horn.
Air horns are great for those who feel comfortable hard wiring. This is a great plug and play option.

Will this go on a Harley Davidson?
It should. It is a universal motorcycle horn.

Boy, a train horn wouldn’t be bad either 😂
Agreed, but then you need to hard wire it.
Ooops I thought that was Denzel on a Ryker lol
Awwww!!!
Harping on about safety and dude rides up without a helmet....
I preach safety, but I don’t police my friends. I cannot enforce it on others. I lead by example.
