Nice test. I have swapped a BMW R1200R and a Kawasaki Versys 650 for a new ADV350 and I'm loving it so far. With the huge underseat storage and a Givi V47 topbox, I have enough storage for a two week tour of the Pyrenees planned for later this year.

Liked your review ,like yourself been riding for years got a few other bikes but never tried owned a scooter so I researched ABIT on TH-cam and found this ...the adv 350, loved the looks and thought how good to have a light weight little twist and go....so I bought mine in march and I've had a great time with it.... Your very accurate in you've review, so easy to explore the little country lanes and can get to speed no problems. I would recommend trying it out :))

1150 GS for 16 years, circumstances changed, still miss it but, got one of these, I’m 5’ 9, the high wide bars, handling, performance and real world practicality was a revaluation. Good on twisters and a 90mph top speed. And Honda build quality too

I currently have an R1200GS as my advanced riding machine but now finding it so heavy when manoeuvering it in my garage. A lighter weight bike like the ADV350 might be what I need. Already have a Vision 110 which is an amazing little scoot. My other shaftie is a Yamaha Townmate which I love.

this 300-350cc scooters are so underrated but so capable and reliable as daily riders. Have one sh300i since 2011 with 75000km maintnance done by myselfe. ha a cbf500, traded for a bandit 1200 and since 2020 a sv650 from 2004. Traded bikes but always kept scooter. Commuter all days and all year round and solo never asked for more power. Actually, the 27hp on tap of a twist go throttle ashames any bike at city red lights and is so easy to use!

Great review Lofty. Honda have appealed to many customers with their 330cc offerings:
SH350 a town scooter with shopping bag hook, step-thru good for mobility issues, Forza 350 better at high speed cruising due fairing/windscreen design, ADV350 to appeal more to m/cycle riders. (I have no connection with Honda apart from owning 2 of the 3 above).
Its the smooth engine, and smooth throttle that are the standout attributes for me.
Also manageable weight (186kg). I tried the Forza 750, and it was too heavy for me (senior rider) at 235kg.

I ride a Yamaha Aerox 155 and a KTM 390 Duke Mk2 at the moment. I could keep the Aerox - very quick off the mark, but dire suspension. Very light. I refuse to consider any EV. Good video. Nick J

A really great review, lots of useful information and a safe riding line and behavior. Afar from these stupid top speed acceleration drag race bullshit all over TH-cam. Thank you so much! Still, I can't decide between the ADV350 and the X-ADV 750, because I am using a SH300 for commuting and a Yamaha MT09 for weekend adrenalin kicks. As myself has become older, i realized that 30-60hp is more than enough to enjoy a good motorcycle tour, without being fined or handcuffed at home afterward. One bike for everything is my goal this year.

My usage case is work (70 miles round trip) and my photography hunts (about 150 mile radius of home in London). How is this scooter performance with filtering?
I hear the steering bar is wider than other bikes, making it more difficult to filter. 🤔

@theloftybiker3090 - I went to Honda shop with a measuring tape. And measured the steering bars and the extremities of the mirrors on my Cb125R , the ADV 350, XADV 750, the Forza 350 and the 125 Forza. They are all the same width!!
3 foot wide or just under 92 centimeters. 👍
