- This is Episode 28 of Mastering Lightroom Classic CC.
In this video I demonstrate how to use the Map Module to show the location of your images. I also demonstrate how to attach geotags to your images so they appear on the map.
Part of what I talk about in this video is covered in one of my Lightroom Quick Tips Videos:

Thank you for watching my videos. I truly appreciate it!
clear, short, useful. thanks Anthony.
Great instruction🙂
Glad that is an error. I went to the web page listed in the popup, and it only referred to very old versions of LR.
Thanks Anthony for another great episode on LR Classic. I learned a number of new things, including using a phone app to log my location and then using LR to fill in the GPS info. Wish I had known this before my recent trip to the PNW.
Thanks for that great tutorial series. I learn a lot as a beginner. Could you please give us the name of the geo tagging iOS app, again.
Good video really! I do have a question, may be silly, but still. Can I mix different sessions taken on different days on the same map? Thank you .
Also if you drag one picture (to adjust the exact shooting place) while all pictures are selected, it will automatically adjust all positions.
Concerning the map supported, I saw that OLD VERSIONS of Lightroom will no longer be supported, it has maybe something to do with google maps changes.
What do you recommend for a geotagging iPhone app?
I also got a notice the Map view will no longer be supported. It's one of the reasons I've kept LR. Any idea if Adobe is going with a different module like in the cloud-based Lightroom?
It is supported in CC
As I started up this video, I opened LR Classic CC to follow along. I was surprised by a popup that said that starting Nov 30th, 2018 the Map view will no longer be supported on this version of LR. For more info, go to....
Great Android app is "Ultra GPS Logger". No affiliation just satisfied user. Many features and perhaps overkill for those just needing very basic track recording.

Just checked. That message is an error per Adobe and shouldn't show anymore. Whew!
