a good idea is to put your chests on the crows nest because people wont look there right away and if they do look there it takes a second to get up to the crows nest if this results you losing all your treasure i'm sorry

Ok bere here is a tip I know you try to keep the sails up so snapple can see but you should just have someone who's job it is the navigate and stay up front so the sails can stay all the way down and you can get places much faster just that little bit will help a lot also another idea when you get super expensive stuff try having someone pick up the most expensive thing then lock them in the brig it may not work but if it does it could be really good because you can't get in the brig unless your crew votes you in

There's no such thing as a treasurer and sailor is a very broad term, they all in theory are sailors.
