I'm a female veteran who served in the Women's Army Corp. during Vietnam. I really enjoy watching the three of you so much! St. Francis of Asissi was my church and I Baptisted my daughter there! I had an apartment on 18th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue for 30 years. It was a walk up and I lived on the 5th floor. One day I fell down a flight of the marble steps, I was rushed to Bellevue Hospital. I had a broker nose, hip, and multiple fractures in my spine. The doctors had to do immediate surgery. I'm fine now but I have 2 rods and 4 screws in my spine. They even injected cement into a collapsed vertebrae. After that I could not walk up the 4 flights anymore and I had to move. I live in Long Island now for the past 13 years, but I miss my church and the Franciscan Friars! Anyhow, watching you brings me joy and I thank you and I love you! And I love all of your recipes 😋
I am a born and raised Russian Orthodox who learned about St Francis of Assisi at age 13 from a friend who is Catholic, your program was suggested to me by the internet. I really like everything about it especially the "foodie" part of it but also the more spiritual aspects are useful to me as well. Great show and keep it going. This recipe sounds so delicious, i will make some Cranberry bread and do it up the way you guys did. Thanks so much for this.
Well finally!!!!!!! My breaking news of months ago has been vindicated!!!!!! I have said it always, Father David is a great cook! Father Frank is a good chef---but Father David is a great cook! There is a difference between a cook and a chef! I was so excited when I got the email that Father David would be doing some cooking!!!!! This sandwich really does look deadly- peanut butter is always the answer, when chocolate isn’t!! Definitely something I will try! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Definitely will try, been doing it with mayo and apples and chicken, this looks delish with bacon( will use turkey bacon instead). Now I learned mayo makes it crispy which I like🥪🍞
