- A 10LB SANDWICH CHALLENGE WITH $500 CASH? IMPOSSIBLE I SAY! Today we are attempting one of the most famous, most difficult and highest paying food challenges in America! This bearwich challenge at Bear's Smokehouse in Hartford Connecticut is made by a competitive eater! Challengers have 30 minutes to try and eat 10lb of brisket, pulled pork, chicken, coleslaw, and mac and cheese all covered in their spicy ghost pepper bbq sauce! I have been wanting to do this crazy food challenge since before I even started doing food challenges. However I could only eat 5lbs and knew I wouldn't have a chance... years later I ended up in CT and saw the opportunity to try this giant bbq challenge. The legendary food challenge sandwich costs $100, and is free if completed. What really adds to this amazing bbq challenge is the $500 cash prize. Can we defeat this legendary bbq challenge, or fall victim like the other couple hundred challengers to this Texas sized bbq challenge?

Yes Scott is improving big time. In 30 minute challenges he always now comes in around 3 minutes or so behind Joel. Love his personality too such a good duo to watch do food challenges.

Outstanding, both of you! That was a huge amount of food and the hot sauce exponentially increases the difficulty! I think the 10 minutes of sitting at the end would be the worst part, overstuffed bellies burning from the inside out.
I like how Scott saved the burn recoup with the mac. And soaked his bread as he was pounding hot
