I really love how Andre's powers are used in this show. Usually what people think of when they hear magnetism is big scale stuff like breaking doors and throwing cars. Thats cool too, but I really like the more delicate things Andre uses his for, like manipulating the thumbprint scanner or sculpting a coin into a bird.
Well he wasn't like Magneto, who's psionic power taps into magnetic fields. 🧲⚡⚡⚡
havent seen the show, from the clips i went with telekinetic, magnetism didnt even dawn on me haha

I wanted one chance to work with him because chilling Adventures of Sabrina the movie was meant to be the perfect conclusion to the series. I still have ideas in my head and I will let them out and we can only hope to dedicate this movie not only to Chance Perdomo but also to Julian Sands. Two great people who used magic to entertain people

He was my favorite character on the show, and a great actor. I loved the arc they had with him being a 'good Magneto' and Cait being an 'evil Xavier'. I didn't even know he had a British accent, naturally. Gone far too soon.
Chance was too young and left too soon his acting was amazing especially in the scene where Andre and Luke’s talk in Cate’s memories RIP
RIP, I loved Chance's performance in Sabrina and in Gen V. I would have wanted to see him play his role in season 2.

I love when you post ❤. I was hoping they would give us some powers scenes with Polaris but I was disappointed. I think the producers wanted to focus more on the younger teens . Maybe we get some in season 2 , hope they don’t waste Polaris potential like they did with Super Sonic or whatever his name was in The Boys ( starlight boyfriend killed by Homelander offscreen 😅)

now I'd like to talk about his powers, so to me the ability of manipulating metal is one of the coolest powers to have imo, but I'd also like the supe/user to gain magnetic powers as well seeing as those two things are connected
a good example is cosmic boy from dc comics, he can produce magnetic force fields, levitate metallic objects, shoot concussive magnetic blasts, find secret doors using his magnetic sense and more, it just a very versatile power and I wished that the show explored upon that more, overall andre is pretty powerful despite his weakness

Sorry to be "that guy" but as much as I love Chance's potrayal, the best option for Andre is a recast considering it has only been one season, the character still has so much to show and making him canonically dead is stupid imo, the gang also just feels incomplete. It would hurt not to see Chance anymore but it would hurt as well to see his potrayal go to waste.
