In my defence I live 5 hours from Bognor although I seem to bump into that many people now on my travels that you'll probably bump into me one day. That being said I have literally just got back from Bognor, Chatham and Tonbridge an hour ago and I've no plans to go again this year.

Probably be rebuilds vs originals bit like Eastenders and Corry with the 20p wins. Can't beleive how many £5 jackpot Maygays were made, they printed their glass instead of decals, bit behind the times were Maygay, made some awesome games.
I still remember in a pub in Woking I done a £25 machine for £240, and I didn't know any tricks! Ironically the fruit machine technician was in the pub filling up other machines. It's only because I worked at a nearby pub that he also serviced the machines, he believed I wasn't up to tricks! I'm waiting for the machine to appear on desert islands Fruits so I can recognise it. I only know it had a cops and robbers theme, obviously not the bfm well known one
Things I noticed, it never gave £15 once from Rollercoaster, it changed the values of the single bars from £4 to £5 and doubles from £5 to £10 when it suited itself. Big money (wtf) and Nemises (wtf). It appeared to have a mind of its own and had the 9.3 processor error half way through 😂 (weird how we were talking about that fault the other day). No never really noticed the hold buttons, I was obsessed with the wins 🤣.

That decal on Viva Las Vegas looks like it was knocked up on Microsoft paint! Surely it's not that difficult to scan an original in an print it? Regardless criminal a £6 20p designed game is on The 10p £5 Rom 😂
BWBs are all like that, mine is exactly the same and I have a brand new £8 one in the bottom and that's the same too. Why they changed them on BWBs is beyond me.

Rebuilds all start at 40p, it's because they are printed glass and not decals so they can't just swap out a decal and a rom set. They don't play terrible though, just not as good.
Where is the New Arcade Palm Amusements going to be. Some of the machines need new bulbs Looks a good Arcade but Roller coaster is definitely not right
Totally agree with you, better machines (by miles) better percentages generally and you are 100% looked after better in all of them, regardless of whether you have a camera in your hand or not. The owners of all the classic arcades come and talk to you without being there all the time and take a genuine interest because they have a genuine interest themselves. Look at how Dave has done and how loyal people drive hours just to come and play the classics in his arcades. The retro scene is the only part of the industry actually growing!

A Crystal JPM Roller Coaster sold on Ebay recently for 1400! However 800-1200 is about the general ball park, depending on machine and condition.
