Hello Everyone! Sharing with you Zipper Pencil Case with Elastic Band. The steps in making this is similar to my previous tutorials of zipper pouch. This time I added an elastic band so you can attach the pencil case/ pouch to a notebook. This is used by students and it is very useful.

I need to ask another question please..If i wanted to cover the elastic, how long would you cut the fabric for this? I noticed that the elastic doesn't stretch to much so i'm a little perplexed on how much to cut fabric..

@@meromena8184 if I understand your question right, the length of the fabric to cover the elastic should have the same length as your pouch/pencil case. Although you have to consider that adding fabric to cover the elastic will make it more bulky.
