I’ve watched the entire video and saw everything GROUPON has to offer; I STILL do not know how it works!! The caption says “what is Groupon and how does it work?” Well all u did was show me what I’m eligible for- How does it work! Please!

As far as I understand you still pay full price in two separate payments.
I felt pretty stupid when I paid Groupon twenty for sushi for two. Then went to the restaurant and she was like, “yeah, order what you want and you pay whatever twenty dollars off your bill is.”
So how is that saving? It’s not.
okay, so you were tricked in that offer. That's not the case with every merchant because they use Groupon to give you a taste of product or service on discounted price. If you like it, you will pay full price next time. Every merchant has its own business model which they follow.

So when the Groupon on says last day to get the deal at that price it is, does that mean the Groupon expires then or does it give you a different expiration date once you purchase the item or discount

Thank you for commenting this!! I was unsure if to buy coupon saying X $$ towards the meal. I only buy the ones that actually say what you are getting, example: $15 for an appetizer and drink.

How does it work do you just buy the coupon on the app and show the merchant or do you have to pay something else on top of the coupon
It works like this: You go to Groupon.com and buy a deal there. Once you pay them, then you will get the email confirmation. Then, go to the merchant and show the email confirmation from Groupon. Does it make sense?
