Sir I was working in bajaj in FD vertical since 2015-2017. You wont believe every weekends we receive a sad demise news from HR and our 1 day salary was get deducted to pay to that person family for sometimes i have contributed but after that i rejected it. Work culture is worst sir morning 6:30am we get connected for conference call which end upto 10am and after that again 8pm to 10pm same thing. I personally got tensed then onw day over a conference call only i catched the Mumbai local and it was during peak hrs i have survived myself from local and on same day without thinking about my future i resigned from my job that if i will not there what will be hell about my future.

Since 1990 petrol prices have increased @ ~3% CAGR (adjusted after increase in crude price) and ~4.77% is the rate of increase in USD in terms of the Indian rupee; so I think this debate of increase in oil prices is a waste of time since we import 88% of our crude oil. Under the regime of any government the result would have been the same.

Sir, P/B will not always increaes but it depends. BOOK VALUE sure does increase. P/B depends upon 1. Fund raised 2. no. of equity share. If both increases in proportion, P/B will be unaffected, or else increase due to price of stock increases as on news of QIB. Throw some light! Thanks

Was watching activist journalist Deepak Sharma's program on TH-cam the other day.
