Atlas/Craftsman 618 - clean lathe tools up in evaporust

As noted when I did the review a while back on the lathe tooling that I got with the lathe, there were quite a few that were a bit rusty.
So this weekend it was time to run them through the evaporust to get them cleaned up a lot better than they started out.
It was a success and this is one step closer to being ready to work on the lathe, which based on how things are going, I will need to use to make a replacement pulley for the cutter grinder.

Hard to believe that you bought that lathe about 4 months ago 😮 Buy a moisture trap for your compressor.

Time flies for sure. I did get a inline husky moisture removal accessory from home depot yesterday...didn't get it installed yet, not sure how well it would work yet, or if it is refillable. ie replacing the silica beads with fresh, etc.
