If your job provides NPA (non practise allowance) then you cannot practice privately otherwise you can.

Many viewers don’t understand hindi, English is understandable by proportionately larger students from different parts of India. So I prefer making content in English.
Moreover being a doctor, English shouldn’t be a barrier.
