Most epic nba moments EVER? Seriously? All of these excluding Michael Jordan are 2000+.. It's not ever. There was a lot of more epic moments in 90' and 80's.. Even if you wanted to make 2000+ there is still some huge missings, like Thompson's 37 in a quarter, Ty Lawson's 10 3-pointers in a row, Derick Fisher 0.4s game winner, Vince Carter, AI etc etc
Yeah I was about to write the same, I always find it funny when youngsters put "ever" in the title, having clearly only watched the game in the last few years + a few clips on TH-cam. There is no shame in having the title say "10 Epic moments of the last 20 years". There are moments in the especially the 80's and 90's that would put most of these to shame.
Michael Westen You really believe ANY moment in the 90’s is greater than Ray Allen’s three pointer to tie the finals and keep the heat alive. That moment is arguably the greatest moment in NBA history.
Allen's shot was amazing, but you could easily argue that multiple shots has been as important, what springs to memory actually happened in the 70's, 74 to be exact. Kareem hit a 17 foot hooks-shot in double overtime to force a game seven, playing for the bucks against Boston, in the garden no less. If you want an example from the 90's then many consider Jordan's 98's game-winner and champion-winning shot in game 6 against the Jazz as arguably the greatest clutch finals shot ever. However it is an entirely subjective matter. But I never said that one or two of the moments in the video would not belong on the list and Allen's shot would most certainly make it, however, there are quite a few of the shots showcased that pale in comparison with some of the other moments available in NBA history. Those moments however are not as easy to find on TH-cam and is often overlooked by people who has only watched the sport in the internet era.
+Andrew S. Jerry West made a game-tying buzzer beater from well over half court in the Finals. If you're not familiar w/ NBA history, then don't even try to talk about it. MJ has the most iconic moments in Finals history.
